** Updated for 2.0.4 ** Pardaox added 50% Ship Upkeep reduction so the mod now does bulding and army upkeep. Also changed the way it is applied to the way Paradox did it. Fixes Awakened Fallen empires not being able to afford their ships and disbanding the
