WorkshopVitals requires no registration. There are no user profiles, no email lists and no payment details because those features do not exist.

Tracking

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies and do not build behavioral profiles of visitors. Search queries are processed to return results and may appear in short-lived operational server logs.

Server logs

Like nearly all web servers, the hosting infrastructure records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL) in operational logs for security, abuse prevention and reliability. Logs are rotated on a fixed schedule.

Infrastructure

The site is delivered through a content delivery network that applies its own standard protections against abuse; those providers act as data processors for delivery only.

Third-party data

Creator names, avatars and item artwork shown here come from public Steam API responses. WorkshopVitals displays only the public information required for identification and analytics — never private profile details. Creators who want a tracked creator page reviewed can reach out via the contact page.

Changes

If this policy materially changes — for example if advertising is ever introduced — it will be updated on this page before taking effect.
