Custom Tranqs & Scope [Open Source]

This Mod adds a Tranq-Dart and Tranq-Arrow, which can be modified by INI-Options. Additionally it adds a Scope which can be used for those two Tranq-Projectiles. (Not for others!) Green Tranquilizer Dart: - 450 instant Torpor by default - 15 instant Damage
