Updated for Stellaris 3.8 https://i.imgur.com/fVVaDCS.gif Makes bombardments more powerful, as they feel too weak and slow to me Description Orbital Bombardment is painfully slow, even though dozens of ships are dropping nukes on planets... gotta go faster
