L4D1 Smoker - Burn Texture Improvement

Uses the same higher quality L4D2 burn textures that the L4D1 Boomer and my higher quality materials L4D1 Hunter uses. This only replaces the vmt so it works with retextures in theory(assuming the texture artist doesn't replace the vmt)
