Small Fix for Hard Rain Loading Screen

this is the smallest fix i have ever done I noticed in the widescreen loading screen for Hard Rain there was a very bright out of place line at the bottom of the image. This fix removes it. This mod will conflict with any mods that edit Hard Rain's loading
