独特建筑

添加了几个新的建筑，提供了资源、科研的产出以及海军的buff； 添加了一个新的护卫舰区段，三个新的a槽部件。 没有平衡性。 ai并不会使用mod新增的东西 ai神力，换了一下建筑的图，mod没有什么大修改，除非游戏底层更改，要不然都是能使用的 稍微加强了一点数值（单机游戏也数值膨胀了吗？） 修复了仓储不生效的问题，加了同时建造的数量
