Common Infected Scuttle Fix

I though this was a bug for the longest time. Replaces Run_05 with the unused Run_01. While not broken and not truly a "Fix" the animation looks terrible. The run in the GIFs are the animation that has been removed. Please choose ONE of these CI animation
