为理想城增加了堡垒区划、商业区划、行政区划、执法区划、医疗区划、犯罪区划、贵族区划、神庙区划、科研区划、精炼区划，农业区划。 为理想城增加了多个星球类型（部分需要建造相应区划解锁） 盖亚星球现在会解锁12个建筑槽并提供30%的人口增速 更新： 殖民地类型： 1. 移除了神殿都市星球（3.4原版已包含）。 2.限制ai的医疗理想城 区划： 1. 移除了3.4原版已经提供的官僚理想城区划。 2. 移除了3.4原版拥有上位替代的神殿理想城区划。 3.科研区划修改为6个岗位 For the thought city
