瑞城市豊浦地区の再開発事業として、瑞城豊浦電気鉄道(とよでん)、トミー東風谷建築設計、とよでんグループなどが合同で建造される計画ビルである。 「豊浦地区を瑞城市の交通拠点に」という思想のもと、従来の豊浦区役所駅前から立地移動し、「とよでん豊浦駅」というターミナル駅として生まれ変わらせる計画となることを想定してこのアセットを制作した。 このビルはとよでん豊浦駅が地下1～2階を全面的に使用し、ビルの低層階部分はとよでん百貨店本店、スパー(SPAR)、エディオン豊浦店、ユニクロ/ジーユー豊浦店、瑞城自動車クロッシ
