🩹 Prop Fix - L4D2 Hummvee

This mod fixes the various bugs on the L4D2 version of the Hummvee. It plugs holes, re-aligns meshes, fixes the uvmap and adds mesh that is missing on one side. At the same time, it adds the green interior of the "Supply" version to the closed door version
