Zer0's Tweaks - Vanilla Thrusters

Increases the base power of thrusters by 4x times and that's it, power and fuel costs remain the same. The idea is to reduce the amount of thrusts you need on your ships as I'm fed up of seeing thruster bricks. A full list of changes can be found here. The
