曲阜北、东、南三面环山，有凤凰山、九仙山、石门山、防山、尼山等百余座山头分布，中西部是泗河、沂河冲积平原，位于鲁中南山地丘陵区向华北平原的过渡地带，构成了东北高、西南低的基本地势。境内最高点是北部的凤凰山，海拔548.1米，最低点在西南部的程庄，海拔47米，城区中心海拔60.5米。
