据抚远县志记载，公元1411（永乐九年）到1433（宣德八年）年间，明朝大太监亦失哈曾先后十次率大规模船队经过黑瞎子岛。 公元1854年，清政府在岛东北角设立了乌苏里江口卡伦（边防哨卡）。它在中国的行政区划中，归黑龙江省抚远市管辖。1884年拨归富克锦协领衙门派兵驻守。 1901年冯德禄、葛云山、德夫克（赫哲族）等15户人家上岛居住。 According to the Records of Fuyuan County, between 1411 (the ninth year of Yongle) and
