Elves of Stellaris - Planetary Diversity Patch (OBSOLETE)

As of 3.12.1, Planetary Diversity changed their habitability matrix to use vanilla planet types. Therefore this patch is no longer necessary and will exist only to spread this message and then eventually get deleted. Not sure if there's demand for a 3.11 (
