NSX（エヌエスエックス）は、本田技研工業が生産・販売する2シーターの乗用車。 1990年から2006年まで販売されていたNSXの2代目モデルであり、ハイブリッドシステムを搭載している。 2代目NSXの開発は、栃木県にある本田技術研究所が中心となって行った。 3.5LV型6気筒ガソリンエンジンを先代同様ミッドシップに配置、さらにハイブリッドシステム「SPORT HYBRID SH-AWD」を採用し、リチウムイオン電池を72個、モーターを3基（エンジンアシストするダイレクトドライブモーター1基、前輪を左右独立
