[xdR] Zoey shotgun reload fix

Takes up slot 30 -adds an animation to the end of Zoey's autoshotgun reload -the animation was taken from Rochelle since they are similar proportions -it will work with custom models Credits Lt. Rocky for making the initial reload ends for all survivors
