描述： 1.修改了研究科技、采纳传统、启用议程相关于帝国规模的计算系数，减少帝国规模超额惩罚对科研、传统、议程的影响。 效果：(略) 修改： 1.将研究科技、采纳传统、启用议程的花费的帝国规模超额惩罚系数修改为 0.0001。 这个系数使得科研、传统、议程的帝国规模超额惩罚约为原版游戏的 5% ~ 10% 左右，我个人认为这个数值在计算其他修正之后总算是可以接受的了。 注意： 1.与其它作出了同样涉及到的修改的 mod 可能不兼容，可能会相互覆盖导致修改失效或冲突。
