Monster Armstrong's Generic Mob Bacterias
This thing I whipped up replaces the musical cues you hear when you enter a level or a horde spawns naturally. Not ones tied to a specific campaign, though. That's too much work for now. This just replaces the ones heard in L4D1 campaigns and Cold Stream.
