鸿翔环岛（2002-2010），哈尔滨曾经最堵车的地段之一，在06-08年长江路打通工程中尤其的堵。 能在著名堵城哈尔滨排上号的堵车地区，也是不容易。 在2010年被拆除，改为信号灯道口。 Harbin, China, a famous jam intersection. 30 minutes past, you find you're still where you are. Removed in 2010.
