Better CSS Weapons (And other minor changes)

Makes the CSS weapons a little more useable. SG552 does more damage than before and has longer range than all the assault rifles. AWP is a tank/witch buster now. MP5 is the highest damage SMG now. M60 has 250 rounds instead of 150. G3SG1 uses the hunting r
