此mod会检测所有拥有资源的地区的资源，并对资源进行扩建，目前每个地区的每种资源只要是没有点过本决议，都能点两次。 此mod并不能无中生有，只能在拥有资源的地区继续开发挖掘 每次扩建消耗25pp占用6个工厂每次扩建消耗25pp，根据已有的资源不同，最高15点 暂时只做了两次扩建，很多了。 Q：为什么不做成无限点？ A：无限点会让我忍不住一直点，总觉得不点就亏了 Q：为什么不做成任意地区都可以随便点？ A：这并不合理，你能想象撒哈拉沙漠产出大片橡胶钢铁的场景吗？卢森堡产出用不完的石油？ Q：为什么开发这个mo
