[xdR] Better Rifle Animations for Francis and Louis
Normally, when using a reanims compatible model, Francis and Louis will use their pre-TLS animations for the rifle. With this mod, they will instead use the rifle animations from anim_manager. Slot 48 for both Francis and Louis because of the way this mod
