Clean Default Survivor HUD

Clean Default Survivor HUD When I say Clean, I remove all blood splatters, connected the unconnected lines on the default HUD, this includes the incapacitated HUD. It is compatible with Team Health Counter and Custom Health Bars. I am still messing around
