uzi改为副武器【冲锋手枪】

伤害增加至30 射速减慢到0.1 子弹数减少至15 换弹速度略微加快 bot也会把它也做手枪使用（bot不会主动掏出来使用的情况已经修复了） 推荐和把uzi模型修改为手枪的mod搭配使用 玩的开心 : )
