Adjusted Third Person Turn Rate (Vscript)

Ever thought the turn rate in l4d2 was too slow, but didn't want to set mp_frontfacetime to -1 because it caused people's characters to slide when looking around? yeah, this mod avoids that, the turn rate is 640 instead of 100, why isn't it some ridiculous
