Uzi Bolt Fix: TLS Edition

Finally got around to remaking this little bit of Viewmodel Misc Fixes. TLS fixed the bolt moving when firing, but didn't move it forward like L4D1. This mod does that and changes the draw and reload animations accordingly. Enjoy!
