神说：你只可到此，不可越过。 于是ai们就不敢靠近利维坦周围，也不敢入侵土著了。 这个mod修改ai们会去欺负利维坦所需的舰队，从40k改到了9.9m，当然你的ai要是超过9.9m的战力我也没办法了。 修改了土著干涉的政策，除了灭绝外的ai不可以使用敌意观测了，还修改了启蒙政策，让极端排外也能跟土著外交（难道极端排外就不配玩新dlc么）。 原版情况下ai的入侵意愿实在是太高了，我早战打下来的球全是星际文化冲击，特么老子花钱买了dlc你ai不让我观察是几个意思，亚西吧。 The military power
