EMD SD38 CSX "YN2" (FRN)

The EMD SD38 built to FRN spec is my second locomotive built in the EMD 40 series. This one is sporting that no paint white so you can paint it as you wish or run as is, as with the GP38 it has more engine power and better cooling but don't think it won't
