Bots Use Tier 3 Weapons

Allows the bots to use the Grenade Launcher, M60, and sometimes chainsaw. They'll see these weapons all as tier 2's so they won't prioritize them over the regular T2 weapons, but will use them like any other. They also treat the Grenade Launcher as a Snipe
