[QoL] SafeSpiders (Arachnophobia Mode)

This mod adds multiple versions of arachnophobia mode like that in other games. It replaces the render of all spiders/saberoids. SafeSpiders is primarily for accessibility and installing the mod will not change spider rendering by default, it is opt-in by
