本模组用于限制ai一部分恶心人的功能，以及对自己的ai傀儡国有更多的控制权来避免他们做出逆天操作来恶心玩家。 功能有： 移除潜艇 - 删除所有ai的潜艇并上一个debuff来避免新的潜艇下线 限制傀儡 - 可以让使用事件的tag的所有傀儡被限制下限部队和建造飞机 限制飞机 - 可以让AI建造空军到一个特定值然后停止建造，或者给所有国家或者ai加上一个飞机造价的debuff 限制海军 - 可以让AI建造海军到一个特定值然后停止建造，或者给所有国家套上增加海军造价的精神 抢劫傀儡 - 可以将傀儡国的库存，陆海空
