[RNG] Adrenaline to Medi-Shot

It's as the title says. Through the use of RNG material proxies, you can now encounter CSGO's Medi-shot instead of the L4D2 Adrenaline. The texture will be randomized upon map load. I've also made the alpha layer work instead of just relying on the flat_no
