Info VL Telkkä is a Finnish Koskelo Class patrol boat build it 1958. Koskelo class was the first class to have a steel hull in the Finnish coast guard. Koskelo class replaced the older wooden hull VMV-class boats. My VMV class boat: https://steamcommunity.
