原版坦克设计系统数值和机制再平衡。 主要改动总结： 1. 大幅度提高坦克底盘和炮塔造价，提高了机械化造价。 2. 大幅度提高了更先进的科技的坦克的属性，比如可靠性和厚度等，降低了早期坦克的可靠性。降低了从配件中获取的额外可靠性，更先进的火炮现在会降低更多的可靠性。 3. 略微提升装甲单位hp，降低了中坦与现坦的部分地形惩罚并提高了其输出。 4. 提升了大部分火炮（包括防空，机炮，榴弹炮）等的杀伤与效果。 5. 让速度和装甲的升级变得更为重要，现在它们会增加一些额外属性，例如软硬攻等。 6. 重新调整了所有配
