I borrowed GGE's NVG Animation and simplified it. Also added some little details into it. Features: 1. It now only requires CBA_A3. 2. Added the NVG SFX for putting it on and off (Yes, Bravo 6 going dark) 3. Delayed the NVG effect. It turns on when the NVG
