Enhnaced Weapon Sounds: Scout

wtf do i put as flavor text for this one This one came out pretty good. I wanted the Scout to sound more sharp, more snappy. Out of all the CS:S weapons, this is the one I'm most proud of. -Replaces the default Scout sounds- Sounds by Magmacow and oneshoto
