描述： 1.更改了盖亚星球的气候类型判定。 效果： 1.使 “ 渔夫 ”、“ 捕捞作业 ” 和 “ 海洋机械 ” 这三个国策能够对盖亚星球生效，解锁农业区划的区域特化类型 “ 水产养殖 ”。 修改： 1.更改了盖亚星球的气候类型判定，现在盖亚星球与陆地星球、热带星球和海洋星球一样，被认为是潮湿气候类型。 注意： 1.与其它作出了同样涉及到的修改的 mod 大概率不兼容，可能会相互覆盖导致修改失效或冲突。 2.由于修改了盖亚星球的气候类型，可能会与其他 mod 等发生奇怪的化学反应。 3.本人精力有限，无法进
