Arknights Death Sound (L4D1 and L4D2 survivors)

Replaces the death sound with the Operator KO sound from Arknights. The L4D1 version of the sound being quiet is some kind of issue with the game. I made it twice as loud as the L4D2 version in this addon, and it changed nothing.
