actually what i've done was set the survivor_limp_health cvar to 1, shouldwork in all game modes and custom campaings ON LOCAL SERVERS AND SINGLEPLAYER, if sv_cheats is set to 1 might also work on dedicated servers, also if you don't know what the limp slo
