AI AS-50 - Incendiary Rounds Fire Sound

Simply adds an incendiary fire sound to match the AI AS-50's normal fire sound, since the original addon does not include one. It is inspired by how the other incendiary round fire sounds are done in vanilla L4D2. I basically just took the original fire so
