新项目: 该模组是一个以优化游戏性能,提高后期游戏流畅为目的的MOD. 内容: 1.删除了通用国策树 2.为大多数非主要国家添加了一个 无法创建军队 无法安排顾问 无法创建编制 并删除所有科研槽 的性能精神(1\15开局on_cationg自动添加) 3.添加了达到条件限制生产的AI行为(1\15已删除) 4.性能决议-你可以对游戏过程中释放的拥有通用国策树的国家添加性能精神 5.添加了一个合并地区国家的决议(11\19) 6.做了1.13.6的适配,极大地改善了兼容性-(1\15) 7.增加了一些地图修改
