本mod增加了3个星球决议（一个是可以拆的）(和一大批原版地块可以建) 可以通过 花费 5000食物 或者5000电 +10影响力+180天， 增加星球,居住站，环世界3个区划 ，是可以叠加的 QAQ，当然你要是不要的画是可以清理地块来铲掉的。 特别感谢！ 长矛迷你潜艇 感谢你的帮助QwQ，现在居住站的科研，发电,采矿区划现在也可以扩大了 QUQ,还在想着建造动物园 或者其他稀奇古怪的地方 到处找不到地块吗，我在”星球决议“中添加 “手动建造区划”点击就可以花费能量币 建造 动物园全家桶 毒圣全家桶，风暴全
