L4D1 Railings in Death Toll Drains

Here's something I didn't know, there's a bunch of extra railing in Death Toll map 2 that was removed in the port to L4D2. This addon simply adds it back and fixes many things about them because by god were they broken. Local/dedicated server only. Players
