Replaces all NATO MTP textures with OCP, cuz it's the US army we're playing as lol. DO NOT USE WITH AEGIS. Why? Aegis makes a bunch of edits that caused a bunch of incompatibilities. I thought about attempting a soft dependency, but they just make too many
