enable kz strafe(1000 aa)

This addon only changed sv_airaccelerate (also known as aa)from 10 to 1000. Change this value can make strafe smoother, turn some slopes into climbable or "slideable" state. Although there is no direct way to modify the kz parameters (such as sv_airacceler
