[VScript] Crosshair Circle Visual Accuracy

This is a VScript version of Crosshair Circle Visual Accuracy. The difference is this script changes the cvar via VScript instead of gamemode.txt, so it should be compatible with some mods that modify gamemode.txt. All this script does is change cl_crossha
