Sacrifice gravel hill improvement

The sacrifice 2nd chapter gravel hill annoyingly slows player down when moving downwards. This addon changes it so that only moving up the hill will slow you down. Also removed slow down from top of the hill and using adrenaline makes you 15 units per seco
