1.mod制作初衷：对联邦宣战，一个个打附庸太麻烦了，我又不喜欢打全面战争，所以做了这个mod，新增“征服联邦”的战争目标，在对联邦宣战时，打赢了可以附庸整个联邦。 2.使用：和“要求臣服”的战争目标一样，不过这个战争目标还额外要求对方在联邦中 3.建议搭配：“共同命运:飞升天赋效果重做”mod
