[ V-Script ] Defib revive animation fix

Restores ACT_TERROR_REVIVE_FROM_DEATH using a very small v-script. When being revived via defib, the activity ACT_TERROR_REVIVE_FROM_DEATH is supposed to play. However ACT_TERROR_INCAP_TO_STAND plays instead. This addon fixes that oversight. Works with eve
